FlexAuto is rapidly growing, and we are looking for a **Sourcing Manager** to join our team in **Rome, Italy**.

The Sourcing manager's main responsibilities are the management the order pipeline for fleet purchases of our growing volume in Italy and OEM relationships, identifying and onboarding new suppliers and the negotiation of volumes, prices and SLAs in collaboration with the group management.

**Position Summary**

The **Sourcing Manager** will be responsible for sourcing vehicles in line with company requirements. This includes negotiating with suppliers, evaluating offers based on factors like vehicle availability, technical characteristics, and pricing, and ensuring that the sourcing process aligns with FlexAuto's operational goals. A solid understanding of the Italian automotive market is essential for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Negotiate and establish strong relationships with automotive manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.
- Evaluate offers based on vehicle availability, technical specifications, and competitive pricing.
- Conduct market analysis to assess demand and identify sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle sourcing.
- Analyze suppliers' performance to ensure the best deals and continuous improvement in vehicle sourcing.
- Take ownership of the sourcing process, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of vehicles.

**Requirements**:

- University Degree and/or MSc in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, communication sciences, or a related field from a top-tier university (Italy or abroad).
- 7-9 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or a similar role, with a strong focus on supplier negotiations and sourcing procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian automotive market, including vehicle availability, pricing trends, and a solid network of key suppliers.
- Demonstrated analytical and numerical understanding with the ability to assess offers and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to manage relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to act independently, solve problems proactively, and have a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in both Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus.
