Job Description Summary:
Digital Innovation Manager

**Job Description**:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Examine and promote new business opportunities, enlarging the Company asset portfolio and creating business value;
- Scout and map innovative digital solutions, benchmarking players in the Energy industry as well as in other cross-industries;
- Design and manage digital transformation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional project teams;
- Promote and actively contribute Group's participation in external innovation ecosystems;
- Promote inclusive innovation inside the group and work in synergy with the HR & Development department for change management and adoption of digital culture and new tools.

Key Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the innovation or digital transformation fields (focus on the Renewables and Energy sector will be considered a plus)
- Experience in conducting change management activities
- Experience and strong interest in the digital field and how digital technologies can be used for creating business value and enhancing efficiency
- Understanding and strong interest of intrapreneurship and innovation ecosystems
- Ability to analyze and manage complex organizational and business contexts and develop innovative solutions to generate and drive change
- Project management
- Demonstrated analysis, team work and problem-solving skills
- Written and spoken English proficiency
- Experience supporting HR will be considered a plus
