**Posizione**:
Within the Debt Division of Mediobanca, you will be part of the Debt Capital Market Sales team which focuses on the distribution of debt products such as bonds and loans to institutional investors, namely banks, insurance companies and asset managers throughout EMEA.
You will be required to work in collaboration with the Debt Capital Market Sales, but also interact with ESG team, the Syndicate and DCM.
This internship offers the unique opportunity to discover a wide range of debt products and develop technical and interpersonal skills within a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
**Your mission**
Being part of the Sales team, you will be required to:
- Support the Sales team of 3 covering EMEA institutional investors in their daily activity
- Prepare marketing material and further written documentation to institutional investors
- Keep record of interactions with investors, market trends and new developments on the market
- Generate analysis, content and presentations of investor trends and interests
- Get familiar with debt capital markets products
**Requisiti**:
**Required profile**
**_ Education_**
Master degree from a business school, an engineering school or university with a specialization in Finance or Capital Markets.
Good academic knowledge in the major product families, in particular debt capital market products.
**_ Personal Strengths & Skills_**
- Collaborative, passionate, eager to learn and respond positively to challenges
- Ability to listen, critical thinking and empathy
- Excellent Microsoft office skills (PowerPoint/Excel/Word)
- Fluency in English and additional European language (both oral and written communication)
- Additional language skills in Italian would be a plus
