Camo Planning Manager

**Avincis** is a global leader in the emergency aviation industry and it provides services in the field of HEMS, Firefighting, off-shore and MRO. For the Firefighting area, Avincis manages the Italian Canadair fleet composed of 18 planes, owned by the Corpo Nazionale dei Vigili del Fuoco, and it counts on 3 operative bases. The Rotary Wing division instead has a fleet of more than 40 helicopters and 36 operative bases, mainly operating in Italian regions but also covering international operations.The **CAMO Planning Manager**will be responsible for coordinating the team of CAMO planners to ensure proper maintenance scheduling for the entire fleet operated by the Company. This role involves full management of the company maintenance plan, conducting planning meetings, and ensuring efficient execution of maintenance events.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the team of CAMO planners to ensure effective maintenance scheduling for the fleet.
- Maintenance Plan Management: Fully manage the company maintenance plan, ensuring all maintenance activities are scheduled and executed efficiently.
- Planning Meetings: Conduct regular planning meetings with Part 145 organizations to monitor and evaluate progress, ensuring maintenance events are performed as efficiently as possible.
- Long-Term Planning: Collaborate with planners and procurement to manage the long-term plan for scheduled material needs.
- Flight Data Analysis: Perform flight data analysis to support company information needs.
- Reliability Data Coordination: Work closely with the engineering team and procurement function to provide reliability data.
- Crew Coordination: Liaise with the Operations Control Center (OCC) to coordinate crew needs for maintenance purposes, including transfer flights.
- Customer and Contract Fulfillment: Work with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure customer and contract requirements are met.
- Bidding Process Support: Assist in the bidding process for new opportunities from a planning perspective.
- Budgeting and Approvals: Actively participate in the budgeting process, manage approval requests, and oversee the DOA process for fleet PBH and CAMO needs. Manage the passive cycle process for such requests.
- Fleet Management: Liaise with the fleet team for helicopter phase-in and phase-out, ensuring proper management of the company fleet plan.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to company Occupational, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, ensuring the highest safety standards in collaboration with colleagues from other functions and Nominated Persons.

- Proven experience in CAMO planning or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Proficiency in flight data analysis and reliability data management.
- Effective communication and liaison skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting and approval processes.
- Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
- Previous experience managing a team

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the aviation industry with helicopter fleets.
- Familiarity with Part 145 regulations and maintenance planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
