- Purpose- You oversee the development and maintenance of assets' technical documentation and data, ensuring robust processes, governance, and guidelines are in place. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity, consistency, and availability of technical information across the fleet, supporting efficient operations and compliance.
- Responsibilities- You define the vision and roadmap for the operating fleet, related to technical documentation and data integration into the Digital Twin and associated tools.
- You implement and manage documentation and data governance policies and procedures to ensure documentation and data integrity, consistancy and availability across the Operations organization.
- You assign responsibilities and provide guidance on best practices for documentation and data management.
- You collaborate with IT and other departments to implement documentation data governance tools and technologies.
- You plan and conduct periodic audits and verification at hand-over from Turnkey, and during Asset operation phase to assess compliance, accuracy, and completeness. And you will have to provide recommendations for corrective actions as necessary.
- You collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Turnkey, Brownfield product line, Digital Twin project team, Global Document Control team, Asset Information Model Manager, Integra team and operations teams included Supply Chain, to ensure alignment of documentation governance initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- You develop training programs and awareness campaigns to educate employees on documentation and data governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
- You are reponsible to foster a culture of accountability and compliance within the organization.
- You identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in documentation and data governance. Then implement measures to enhance efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness in documentation management processes.
- Education- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience- 5-10 years in Oil and Gas industry or Marine industry.
- Proven experience in governance, preferably in a regulated industry such as offshore asset management, oil and gas, or maritime operations.
- Strong understanding of best practices related to documentation and data (Information Management) governance and compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify processes gaps, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Experience in conducting audits, reviews, and assessments to evaluate compliance and effectiveness of governance processes.
