Digital Healthcare market is growing fast and the need of adopting technology is getting bigger every day. Vodafone has pioneered the use of newest technology, like 5G, in Healthcare and with the launch of Vodafone Center for Health with Deloitte within Europe is continuing to invest in healthcare.
In 2019 we realized the first Italian remote surgery operation through 5G, remotely monitored Covid patients with innovative devices and right now we’re supporting San Raffaele Hospital in operating patients through 5G and Augmented reality.
To continue and expand the journey we’re looking for a Portfolio Owner Healthcare and Wellbeing

**Role Purpose**:
This role is specifically focused on developing Digital Healthcare and Wellbeing portfolio for Vodafone Business Italy, working in partnership with the line of business in Vodafone Group, the Technology functions and the overall product management organisation. This will be achieved by identifying innovative solution, designing the product, bringing to market, and then managing in-life, the portfolio of Digital Healthcare and Wellbeing vertical. The role-holder will own and be fully accountable for all aspects of the performance (sales, customer satisfaction) of these products within Italy. He/she will have the leadership and driving force within Vodafone sales, marketing, technology departments and with external partners, to ensure these targets are met and to contribute in Vodafone’s positioning as a key stakeholder into the healthcare vertical.

Success will be measured against the delivery of new products, services, revenue, profit and customer satisfaction for all customers managed by Vodafone Business division.

**Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership**:

- Fully accountable for delivery of product revenue, profit and product-related customer satisfaction;
- Own, define, document and agree, with key stakeholders, a product plan that identifies the market landscape, product scope and performance, objectives and strategy, the customer experience, growth plan and roadmap for Italy that works within the context of the global portfolio;
- Create and own market requirements specifications and business cases for the product (s). Responsible for taking services through the Group and Italian Gating process;
- Accountable for product lifecycle management. This includes product performance management, maintaining high calibre product collateral and training materials, product marketing and PR activities, product innovation and rationalisation;
- Managing key stakeholders in Vodafone Italy (Segment Marketing and Sales, IT Technology) and Vodafone Group
- Accountable for product-related costs (capex and opex) and their impact on competitiveness.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience**:

- 5 years+ relevant professional experience, with a focus on Product Lead management, healthcare innovation
- Team management
- Fluent English;
- Proactive individual, successful leader, who has demonstrated to be able to work within virtual teams across national or international boundaries;
- Deep insight into and significant experience of product lifecycle and product development processes;
- Broad knowledge of enterprise requirements/challenges within domestic and international markets, infrastructure technologies, commercials and operations;
- Ability to produce and secure buy-in and sign off to product plans and business cases & manage complex stakeholder audience;
- Strong communications skills, comfortable interfacing with different audiences of varied levels of seniority.

**Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications**:

- Graduated (Engineering or Computer Science)
