**Posizione**:
Reporting to the Group Human Resources Chief Officer, the Group HR Controlling and Compensation & Benefit Manager will be responsible for Group Planning process and will collaborate with the Group HR & Organization Chief Officer in managing the Comp&Ben processes.

**Main responsabilities**

Group Planning and control of personnel costs, collecting data by local referral within the Group.

Manage HR controlling activities monitoring headcount and workforce cost, preparing Budget and trend, suggesting actions to maximize efficiency

Monitor the major KPIs relating to Human Resources preparing analisy and presentation

Prepare timely and accurate personnel cost actual reports providing structured feedback on main topics and trends. (including bridge data analysis)

In collaboration with the Group HR & Organization Chief Officer provide and define Compensation & Benefit Guidelines for the Group, providing compensation analysis and supporting the HRBP in implementing it.

Manage and coordinate the collection of the HR reporting data for the Sustainability Annual Report

Partecipate in HRSM project proposing evolution for the Group HCM to improve the processes managed and to garantee the consistency of the controlling model applied

**Requisiti**:

- 5-6 years of experience in the HR cost controlling area
- Economics, Statistics or similar background
- Advanced use of Excel and knowledge of Oracle HCM /PBCS complete the profile.
- Fluent English language
- Problem solving and target oriented approach
- Team working
- Ability to work by objectives
- Ability to actively and purposefully participate in projects
- Good relational and communication skills
