COMMERCIAL CONTROLLER ITALY

**Dettaglio mansioni**:
Supporto alla strategia aziendale, a stretto contatto con il Country Manager, nel raggiungimento dei risultati finanziari attraverso la crescita dei profitti, un'efficace gestione dei costi e il rispetto delle procedure finanziarie aziendali
Preparazione, implementazione e monitoraggio del budget annuale
Predisposizione di Report finanziari tempestivi e accurati alla Direzione nazionale e aziendale (Controllo di gruppo, Finanza aziendale e tassazione) sulla redditività aziendale su base prodotto/cliente/collocamento, evidenziando e commentando qualsiasi deviazione dai piani concordati
Analisi della redditività per supportare la crescita e le decisioni di investimento
Gestione rapporti con i consulenti esterni
Analisi economiche di Business e analisi dei KPI
Partecipazione a progetti speciali

**Requisiti richiesti**:
Laurea in discipline economiche
Esperienza di almeno 10/12 anni nel Controllo di Gestione di realtà multinazionali, strutturate e complesse. Preferibile background in BIG4
Conoscenza dei principi IFRS/IAS e USGAAP
Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (indispensabile per i rapporti con le filiali estere del Gruppo)
Conoscenza di SAP e dei principali supporti informatici
Capacità di lavorare sotto stress nel rispetto delle deadline. Precisione, doti analitiche, organizzazione e buone capacità di problem solving
Disponibilità a - saltuarie - trasferte
