Basic Qualifications
- MS Office skills (including Outlook and Excel functionalities)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain close to the detail and working to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Confidence in verbal and written communication in English
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects, often with conflicting deadlines
- Someone who can work independently; multitask, organise and prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines.

As an HR Assistant you work closely with business partners and stakeholders to ensure a great experience for New Hires in Operations across the EU. If you have an interest in Talent Development and/or Human Resources this could be the right opportunity for you.
Key job responsibilities
**What you’ll be doing**:
1. Actively use the Learning Management System and Portal in order to maintain courses, offerings, registration, waitlists, and to run reports
2. Coordinate, track and manage training logistics and provide information to ensure the participant experience is high quality before, during and after learning events
3. Serve as the primary contact for participants attending our programs
4. Partner with business partners including Recruiting, HelpDesk, IT, HR and others to trouble shoot issues before, during and after learning events to ensure a smooth experience
5. Manage collection of data to report on learning attendance and maintain our web and SharePoint sites as well as other process systems with current information about programs

Preferred Skills
- Degree in a relevant field such as business, HR, organizational development, etc. 2 years of work experience with career progression in the field of training
- Previous experience in analyzing large data sets and using the information for continuous improvements
- Previous experience with Salesforce Platform
