**Descrizione**:

Attualmente stiamo rinforzando il nostro team all’interno dell’area Construction.

**Responsabilità**:

- Definizione del budget operativo dettagliato
- Monitoraggio delle quantità eseguite e ore lavorate
- Controllo contabilità passiva (subappaltatori) e attiva (fatturazione al cliente)
- Aggiornamento costante dello stato del progetto
- Analisi comparativa tra costi reali e budget
- Produzione di report economici e finanziari (Jet 3, cash flow, analisi Earned Value)
- Coordinamento con Planner e altri ruoli chiave
- Verifica dell’applicazione delle linee guida di contabilità costi
- Ottimizzazione dei costi e identificazione di scostamenti
- Emissione mensile del report completo di controllo costi

**Requisiti tecnici**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria o Economia, oppure diploma tecnico con esperienza
- Minimo 5 anni di esperienza nel controllo costi in ambito civile
- Preferibile esperienza in progetti industriali e di costruzione
- Esperienza diretta in cantiere
- Mentalità orientata ai dati e al rispetto delle procedure
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di analisi
- Certificazioni PMI/IPMA considerate un plus
- Excel avanzato (macro, tabelle pivot)
- Software di gestione civile: CPM (Teamsystem) o equivalenti
- Software di pianificazione: Primavera (Oracle) o MS Project
- AutoCAD: competenze di base
- BIM/CPM suite: considerato un plus
