**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

British American Tobacco Italia is looking for a dedicated and brilliant professional with a strong passion for the Marketing world, to join the Brand Deployment Team based in Rome. As a professional in BAT, you will get the chance to discover the Brand Activation and the New Product Introduction (NPI) world, so the process and steps behind each launch in the market. Agency management will be a core task as well. The main reference team will be the above markets Brand Team which will provide brand strategy, context, and brand guidelines to follow for each campaign. You will also have exposure to activities related to offline and online Activation, Trade Marketing, Distribution and Strategy Planning and Insights.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Coordinate the new product introduction activities in alignment with the Category and Brand Strategies, with focus on End Market adaptation toolkits received above market
- Provide support in the development of new brands, by developing timing plans and leading all aspects of production of research materials, artwork, packaging, product and communications to ensure they are developed properly by time plan, budget and objectives
- Collaborating and working together with cross-functional teams - Trade Marketing & Distribution, Supply Chain, Legal & External Affairs - through regular and accurate communication and specialized advice
- Manage the creative third-party agencies to constantly clarify new needs and priorities
- Understand competition’s channel strategy and identify threats and opportunities
- Managing financials and budget to ensure that company resources are secure and used in the most efficient and effective manner possible

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Around 3 years of previous work experience in Trade, Marketing or Brand in a FMCG company
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or similar; Master’s Degree is nice to have
- Fluent in Italian and upper intermediate in English (speaking and writing)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with high attention to detail
- Able to interact with many partners and multiple cross-functional teams
- Proactive nature and ability to learn fast
- Multitasking skills and approach
