Siamo alla ricerca di un Events and Partners Coordinator a supporto del team marketing e comunicazione.

Descrizione Mansioni

Sarà inoltre riferimento per Partner aziendali e Associazioni di categoria in materia di Marketing e Comunicazione.

**Nello specifico, si occuperà operativamente di**:

- Gestione Rapporti con enti fiera, provider, associazioni e Allestitori
- Coordinamento eventi in loco (presenza diretta) e team interno
- Gestione rapporti con Partners e associazioni di categoria
- Coordinamento di Spedizioni e Rientri Materiale Marketing e Demo Unit
- Organizzazione e Referente per visite guidate in azienda
- Definizione linee guida e supervisione marketing compliance

Requisiti Minimi

**Viene richiesto**:

- Attitudine al problem solving e al lavoro in team
- Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana e inglese (sia scritta che orale)
- Auto-coordinamento delle proprie attività
- Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte nazionali e internazionali in occasione di fiere/eventi/congressi
- Propensione a Public Relation e Public Speaking
- Esperienza in ruolo analogo di almeno 3 anni.

Requisiti Preferenziali
- Terza lingua (tra spagnolo, francese o tedesco)
- Esperienza in azienda del settore Healthcare
