SITE S.p.A., per ampliamento del proprio organico, è alla ricerca di un Technical Support da inserire presso la Direzione Generale di Bologna.
La risorsa svolgerà il ruolo di Tecnico Specialista addetto alla configurazione da remoto di router lato TIM; si occuperà, poi, dell’assurance su guasti di linea con presidio dedicato e svolgerà attività di troubleshooting al fine di individuare e ripristinare i problemi tecnici di rete.

**REQUIDITI DI POSIZIONE**:
Perito in TLC. Elettrotecnico o studi professionali similari;
Fondamentale possesso della certificazione CCNA Cisco o superiore;
Conoscenza delle linee telefoniche WDSL, ADSL, XDSL;
Aver maturato un’esperienza lavorativa breve (di almeno sei mesi) nel settore di riferimento;
Aver maturato (preferibilmente) un’esperienza nel networking;
Gradita conoscenza e dimestichezza con il software Juniper.

Completano il profilo l’essere in possesso di spiccate doti comunicative, capacità di ascolto e comprensione per essere efficaci ed efficienti nel risolvere le problematiche tecniche.
