Bulgari Accessori s.r.l. - within the **Leather Goods & Accessories Business Unit **based in **Florence** - is looking for an **Operational Excellence Intern**.

As **Operational Excellence Intern **you will support the development of continuous improvement’s culture within the organization, following related projects and activities.

Responsabilità del lavoro

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Support all the program management activities for the main improvement projects to the business objectives and strategy;
- Support the project teams coordination, facilitating problem resolution;
- Support the Operational Excellence Team to guarantee the right supervision of ongoing projects and related status meetings, to support the respect of deadlines;
- Facilitate communication, cooperation and knowledge sharing among all departments;
- Support managers and teams in optimizing business process efficiency to achieve economic objectives (cost reduction, timing, resource utilization);
- Support the business process owners in searching for technical/organizational solutions for quality issues;
- Participate to Operations Committee reporting on project status;
- Collaborate with the Team to deploy the implementation of Lean methods and tools in order to ensure a problem-solving approach.

Profilo

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Master’s degree in Engineering / Economics
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Continuous Improvement methods and tools
- Project Management
- Knowledge of main operational/logistics flows and procedures will be considered as a plus
- Knowledge of Office 365 (power Bi, PowerApps, Sharepoint) will be considered as a plus
