We’ll help you to grow, develop and progress in an environment that really is second to none. **We are looking for a committed, dynamic, entrepreneurial Marketing and Sales Assistant**. You will work in Milan to support the Italian Team to grow sales and demand generation of our exciting and successful brand in Italy. You will organize our events by **involving influencers, journalists, agencies, and industry experts.** You will be the **point of reference for our brand ambassadors** by following their training and supporting them in the points of sale. You will combine your **creativity **with your **expertise **to analyze the reference scenario of our brand and evaluate the areas of opportunity, developing Influencer Marketing projects. You will work closely with the marketing managers to understand their needs, drive with them the best marketing mix and define the different materials necessary to develop to drive strong sales. **Role and Responsibilities** - Organization of events and marketing campaigns, with the involvement of influencers, journalists, agencies, and industry experts. - Design and execute ideas in order to develop appealing outputs, consistently with company’s strategy. - Support the marketing team by creating and editing various type of content: banner ads, social media posts, printed material. - Collaborate directly with our office in the UK to ensure the sharing and alignment of objectives. - Support Brand Ambassadors in the territory. - Support the local marketing manager and digital manager to develop effective marketing plans and content to drive sales and monitor marketing activities with them. **Desired Attitude** - Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite - Familiarity with the main social media - Excellent interpersonal and relationships building skills - Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and writing skills - Able to organise work towards deadlines and priorities on a daily basis - Able to work with limited supervision - Focused on quality and attention to detail, you will not compromise standards **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Communication field Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage Durata contratto: 6 mesi Orario: - Turno diurno Esperienza: - Adobe Creative Suite: 1 anno (Preferenziale) Lingua: - Inglese (Obbligatorio)
