**We're looking for**:
We are looking for an Assistant Site Director and Management Committee to support Committee members in daily and strategic activities. The resource will take care of the organization of meetings, agenda management and preparation of documentation, ensuring confidentiality, precision and timeliness. The role involves direct contact with site management and offers the opportunity to operate in a dynamic and stimulating context.
**We count on you to**:
Coordinate and manage the Management agenda of the Management Committee members and the internal communication of the site
Organize and logístically support Committee meetings (convenings, room reservations, preparation of materials)
Organize visits/Audits within the site
Draft and distribute minutes, presentations and strategic reports ??
Manage confidential correspondence and internal/external communications relating to the Committee
Monitor deadlines and follow the progress of actions decided by the Committee and site activities
Support the preparation of documentation for the site
Manage and archive confidential documentation
Support the Director in following up on actions taken at site level

**You'll bring**:
Three-year/master's degree and/or previous experience of at least 4 years in roles assisting management bodies or management secretariat
Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational, synthesis and priority management skills
Maximum discretion, reliability and attention to detail
Excellent communication and relational skills
Fluent knowledge of the Italian language and good knowledge of English (Knowledge of French is a plus)
