**Sales Specialist**

**Location**: Hybrid (based in Milan)

**About Us**

Runway Logistics is an international logistics company specializing in time-critical and premium transport solutions. We support leading global brands through our offices in Europe and the Americas, offering services such as On Board Courier (OBC), Next Flight Out (NFO), and dedicated express logistics.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Sales Representative** to join our growing team. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will play a vital role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored logistics solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and transport sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct meetings and presentations to promote Runway’s range of services
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operational delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support commercial strategy
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related fields preferred
- Proven experience in **sales**, ideally within **logistics, transport, or freight forwarding**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proactive, independent, and goal-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
- **Fluent in English** (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Retribuzione: €21.000,00 - €45.000,00 all'anno
