Come Retail Supervisor sarai responsabile della gestione dei punti vendita assegnati, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi quali-quantitativi, in termini economici e di corretta immagine del Brand.
Quali saranno le tue responsabilità?
- In accordo con la Direzione Retail, raggiungerai i target di business, quali budget, fatturato e redditività
- Promuoverai la crescita dei punti vendita della tua area di riferimento
- Migliorerai e gestirai l'immagine dei punti vendita, le prestazioni dello staff ed i prodotti, al fine di garantire un servizio di alta qualità al cliente
- Gestirai il personale dei punti vendita, dalla selezione all'assegnazione di obiettivi mirati al raggiungimento delle aspettative di performance, promuovendo attività formative
- Monitorerai le attività in corso nei punti vendita in modo da mettere in atto soluzioni rapide e strategiche, in accordo con gli standard aziendali
**Qualifications**
Se hai
- Formazione di livello universitario in ambito economico
- Previa esperienza lavorativa in ambito retail di almeno 2 anni
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte in Italia e all'estero (70% del tempo)
- Attitudine commerciale alla negoziazione ed orientamento al risultato
- Naturali doti comunicative
- Spiccate capacità di ricerca e analisi dati tramite Excel
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2)
- Ottima capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire autonomamente priorità e stress
- Interesse per il mondo del fashion business
