Your responsibilities will include:Reservations Manager of individual, travel agencies, corporate guestsEntering and checking individual, travel agencies and corporate reservations in compliance with the Group’s procedures (booking entry, rates, credit cards, client requests, room allocations),Proactively manage reservation requests via email/phone by sending proposals and stay confirmations, while ensuring corrects rates information.Monitoring the volume of indirect bookings by identifying corporate and leisure guests, while encouraging direct reservations.Assist guests with inquiries, requests, or changes to existing reservations, including modifications to booking dates, room types, or special accommodations, and provide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.Promote hotel services, amenities, and packages to guests during the reservation process, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue for the hotel.Reporting and Administrative follow-upTracking payments and commissions related to group and agencies bookingsEnsure that all requests received by email throughout the day are addressed and maintain a daily follow-up on requests, prioritizing those that require immediate attentionCorporate account management & development / follow-up & loyalty / contract preparationManaging corporate accounts during trade fairs, peak season, and follow-up activities,Maintaining existing client relationships through proactive follow-upsIdentifying new accounts for business development purpose.Manage training and oversee correct application of reservation & sales processesMonitoring the daily activity and data entryEnsuring proper follow-up of procedures and accurate data entry (client merge, experience process, profile notes)ABOUT YOUWe are looking for someone passionate about the hospitality industry, with a professional appearance and proficiency in English.You have initial experience in a similar position in a high-end hotel.You have strong interpersonal skills with clients and are able to work independently.You demonstrate good adaptability and decision-making skills.You speak Italian and fluent English; a third language (French) would be an advantage.Knowledge of the Opera Cloud software would be a plus.Experience Hospitality, the Experimental Way Throughout your journey with us, you’ll be immersed in a stimulating and innovative environment.You’ll join a dynamic group and grow alongside a diverse team of passionate professionals and recognized experts.Whether it’s your first role or a new career opportunity, we take pride in recruiting, developing, and retaining the most motivated and talented individuals from all backgrounds and skill sets.Here’s what we offer:Training and career development opportunities.Mobility possibilities across France, Italy, Switzerland, the US, the UK, the Balearic Islands, and more.Attractive discounts across all our venues (cocktail bars, wine bars, and restaurants).
