The Reservation Agent will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

Reservation operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard;
Responding to all guest enquires in an engaging manner whilst using Hotel standards with the aim of converting every enquiry into a booking by delivering efficient and intuitive guest service.
complete safety training and certifications;
Reservation experience in Hotel of same category preferably in Marriott Luxury Properties
Strong commercial/business awareness and demonstration of sales capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Excellent command of Italian and English. Additional languages will be considered a plus
