Booking Agent The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection RomaThe Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection, one of the most vibrant and dynamic 5 in Rome, is looking for youThe Reservation Agent will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:Reservation operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard;Responding to all guest enquires in an engaging manner whilst using Hotel standards with the aim of converting every enquiry into a booking by delivering efficient and intuitive guest service.complete safety training and certifications;Reservation experience in Hotel of same category preferably in Marriott Luxury PropertiesStrong commercial/business awareness and demonstration of sales capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office programsExcellent command of Italian and English. Additional languages will be considered a plus
