We are looking for an experienced strategic sales professional to drive business growth and develop high-value client relationships across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). In this role, you will lead complex B2B sales cycles, from identifying new business opportunities and engaging decision-makers to negotiating and closing strategic deals. You will promote a comprehensive portfolio of cloud consulting, engineering, managed services, managed security, and AWS reselling solutions. Working closely with technical experts, pre‑sales teams, and strategic partners, you will develop tailored solutions that address customers' evolving business needs. Your mission will be to expand key accounts, generate sustainable revenue, and establish long‑term partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of strategic sales initiatives within an international, technology‑driven environment.

Accountabilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new strategic customers across the DACH region through targeted outreach and collaboration with AWS and other strategic partners.

Develop and strengthen relationships with selected existing accounts by implementing structured account plans and identifying cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.

Manage complex B2B sales processes from initial qualification and solution development through proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract signing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, department heads, procurement teams, and other strategic decision‑makers.

Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery, and technical specialists to design and present tailored solutions combining cloud consulting, engineering, managed services, managed security, and AWS reselling.

Identify opportunities to transform individual projects into long‑term service engagements, with a particular focus on managed services, recurring contracts, and sustainable revenue generation.

Take full ownership of sales performance and strategic account development, ensuring achievement of revenue targets, including recurring revenue from managed services and reselling.

Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, prepare forecasts, and track account performance against business objectives.

Explore additional business development opportunities in other European markets when required, while maintaining a primary focus on the DACH region.

Requirements

8–10 years of professional experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably involving complex IT services, cloud solutions, or comparable technology‑based offerings.

Demonstrated success in acquiring new strategic customers, developing key accounts, and negotiating and closing complex, multi‑year commercial agreements.

Proven experience selling both project‑based services and recurring service contracts, such as managed services, cloud operations, managed security, AWS reselling, or SaaS solutions.

Solid understanding of cloud technologies, cloud service models, commercial structures, and their business value, with AWS experience considered a significant advantage.

Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and C‑level decision‑makers.

Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, combined with an independent, structured, and results‑oriented approach to work.

Experience with CRM systems, sales pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and strategic account planning.

Fluency in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% of the time for customer and partner meetings.

Experience working for an AWS partner, managed service provider, hyperscaler, or cloud and IT services company would be an advantage.

Familiarity with AWS partner programs, including ACE co‑selling, AWS Marketplace, and available funding programs, is desirable.

An established professional network among IT decision‑makers in medium‑sized businesses and enterprise organizations across the DACH region is a plus.

Previous experience working with clients in regulated industries, such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector, would be beneficial.
