You will manage teams, and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters, focusing on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes (especially in modern application architecture and digital thinking)What you’ll needExperience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery capacityUnderstanding in at least one core domain as for example: IT Strategy, Application Architecture, Digital Transformation, Agile/DevOps, Cloud, Architecture, Infrastructure, IT Cost Optimisation etc.Prior knowledge of sizing methodologies is a plus i.e.

IFPUGExperience working with one or more IT solutionsAn unwavering commitment to the success of your team, and willingness to provide and receive constructive/ corrective action when neededDemonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to assist in the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problemsAn ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneouslyMBA or other advanced degree preferredFluent in Italian and EnglishConsulting Experience:Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery capacity.Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity such as a solution/technical architect or analyst preferredA consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams that leverage technology to drive the mission-critical priorities of commercial or government entitiesAn ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems.

Must adapt Gartner frameworks and methodologies to strike at the heart of a client’s most pressing business challengesAn ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneouslyExcellence in written and verbal communicationExpertise with strategic consulting frameworksBuilding rapid proto-types for presentations / sales proposalsExcellent people skills and customer relationship track record;Experience in developing client business relationships as part of a commercial organisationGartner is committed to fair and equitable pay.

The estimated base income pay for this role is 87,000 EUR to 98,000 EUR in Italy.

Target income includes base pay and variable earning potential.

Employees participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.

Pay and earnings vary based on several factors including but not limited to, performance, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
