What you’ll doOur Consulting Associate Directors are responsible for high-level project delivery and oversight along with client relationship management.

You will manage teams, and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters, focusing on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes.
What you’ll need:Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in an engagement leadership capacityExperience across a range of AI and Generative AI topics, such as:AI and Generative AI strategyAI transformation programmes and enterprise adoptionLarge Language Models (LLMs), foundation models, multimodal AI, and AI agentsGenerative AI architecture, including cloud, on-premise, hybrid, and multi-model environmentsKnowledge of scalable, secure, responsible, and cost-effective AI solutionsAI use-case identification, prioritisation, business case development, and value realisationAI operating models, governance frameworks, policies, and controlsResponsible AI, including privacy, security, explainability, bias, safety, intellectual property, and regulatory complianceAI risk management, model evaluation, monitoring, and assuranceData strategy, data governance, data quality, and data readiness for AI adoptionMLOps and LLMOps, including model deployment, lifecycle management, observability, and continuous improvementAI architecture and modernisation experience, including integrating Generative AI into existing applications, business processes, and customer journeysExperience evaluating an organisation’s data, technology, and AI capabilities against long-term business objectivesExperience selecting and evaluating AI platforms, foundation models, technology vendors, and implementation approachesExperience developing AI roadmaps, target operating models, capability requirements, implementation plans, and transformation programmesExperience delivering AI proofs of concept and supporting the transition of solutions from experimentation into productionUnderstanding of the organisational and workforce implications of AI, including skills, culture, operating processes, and change managementDemonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to assist in the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problemsAn ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneouslyMBA or other advanced degree preferredConsulting

Experience:
Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery capacity.
Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity such as a solution/technical architect or analyst preferredA consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams that leverage technology to drive the mission-critical priorities of commercial or government entitiesAn ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems.

Must adapt Gartner frameworks and methodologies to strike at the heart of a client’s most pressing business challengesAn ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneouslyExcellence in written and verbal communicationExpertise with strategic consulting frameworksBuilding rapid proto-types for presentations / sales proposalsExcellent people skills and customer relationship track record;Experience in developing client business relationships as part of a commercial organisation;#LI-JD5Who are we?
