What your new challenge will look likeYou will be hired as a Coordinator Operations for the 4flow management business line. You will take on tasks in the area of transportation coordination and processing. In particular, this will include the following tasks:
Coordinate work for a team of Specialists performing dailyexception handlingforup to 3 plants
Represent quality gate of correctprioritization,appropriatecommunicationand application of standards inexception handling
Support the team to achieve the results in their daily work
1stlevel of escalation for customer matters
Process documentation, weekly status calls,comments on exceptions preparation, reporting, building a strong connection to customer &stakeholders, knowledge share within the team & outside, support of side projects,possible hyper care follow-ups of special setups
Close collaborationwith your supervisor

You show us the ability to balance and correctly prioritize responsibilities of daily business, weekly coordinator tasks, 1stlevel of escalation & being the point of contact within the team for any process clarification
You demonstrate high sense of responsibility and abilityto remain focused under pressure
You have fastperception, system orientation, preferably with awareness of key user role & responsibilities
You have strong communication skills in English and xbvzest Italian
