- Hospice in Floyd, GA is seeking a Hospice After-Hours/On-Call Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing support during evenings, nights, weekends, and designated after-hours periods.
This salaried, after-hours role includes admissions, triage, and coordination of care with the interdisciplinary team.
The RN responds to patient and caregiver concerns, conducts xbvzest nursing assessments, manages symptoms, and facilitates hospice admissions as needed, ensuring continuity
