Si tratta di un ruolo ibrido che richiede di lavorare almeno tre giorni a settimana in ufficio.

Contiamo su di te per:

  • Costruire e mantenere relazioni con i clienti e fungere da punto di contatto primario per le esigenze quotidiane;
  • Fornire supporto e assistenza ai Clienti, anche telefonica, in merito ai piani sanitari ed alle coperture assicurative loro dedicate
  • Gestione dell'intero processo di un sinistro: dalla denuncia alla compagnia assicurativa, alla gestione della documentazione, al rapporto con i vari periti / legali e altri interlocutori, fino alla liquidazione.
  • Valutare l'ammissibilità di indennizzo attraverso un'analisi dettagliata della polizza in termini di garanzie, clausole, condizioni e regolarità amministrativa
  • Comprendere e supportare sulle mutevoli condizioni del mercato assicurativo e della gestione del rischio;
  • Controllo e monitoraggio dell'applicazione delle procedure in conformità con le necessità e procedure aziendali e aggiornamento delle fasi di reportistica;
  • Collaborare attivamente al miglioramento dei processi e delle procedure di gestione dei sinistri, assistenza clienti, con l'obiettivo di ottimizzare l'efficienza operativa e la soddisfazione dei cliente.

Requisiti:

  • Laureando/Laureato in discipline Economiche, Giuridiche, delle Scienze Politiche, Sociali o delle Relazioni Internazionali o affini;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2) oltre che di quella italiana (C1);
  • Buona conoscenza e padronanza nell'utilizzo del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) e dei principali strumenti informatici;
