We are looking for a curious, proactive person eager to challenge themselves in an international and dynamic environment. Joining Hilti as an intern means experiencing much more than a simple internship: it's a structured six‑month program that will allow you to discover our culture, develop concrete skills, and contribute to real projects within the Order to Cash team.

What You'll do

Our Shared Service Center manages Accounts Receivable and Treasury operations for multiple market organizations worldwide, operating in a highly international and dynamic environment.

You will execute compliant Accounts Receivable and Treasury (OTC) processes, ensuring accurate and consistent financial postings related to incoming and outgoing payments, as well as bank account management.

You will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining cash and credit‑card–related balance sheet accounts, and for monitoring unbilled sales orders and blocked accounting documents.

You will also act as a sparring partner for local entity contacts, connecting business decisions with Accounts Receivable and Treasury processes, while delivering and continuously improving the agreed services for the entities in scope.

• You hold a Bachelor or master's degree in business, Finance or similar or equivalent finance qualification
• You're fluent in Italian and have a good command of English, ready to connect in an international context.
• You're confident with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and know how to turn data into insights and ideas into clear, impactful presentations.
