Supplier Order Planning & Management

Il ruolo, inserito all'interno dell'Ufficio Acquisti, ha la finalità di garantire la corretta pianificazione, emissione e gestione degli ordini ai fornitori, assicurando disponibilità dei materiali, rispetto di tempi/costi/qualità e continuità della supply chain in allineamento con il piano produttivo.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA':

  • Gestione end-to-end degli ordini fornitori (Italia, Europa, Asia) e dei terzisti per lavorazioni esterne: pianificazione fabbisogni, emissione ordini, monitoraggio listini, lead time e controllo stock a magazzino.
  • Supplier performance management: monitoraggio KPI/criticità, segnalazione a Direzione di variazioni o non conformità e condivisione delle inefficienze con la rete vendita interna coinvolta.
  • Definizione e pianificazione strategie di acquisto con la Direzione Acquisti per prodotti chiave e articoli a stock: programmazione ordini e flussi di ritiro, allineati a forecast di vendita e volumi commerciali.
  • Coordinamento operativo con Baralan USA lato fornitori: gestione ordini fino alla containerizzazione e supporto alle attività Intercompany.
  • Interfaccia con Controllo Qualità per la gestione di non conformità e problematiche di idoneità della merce, garantendo azioni correttive con i fornitori.
  • Collaborazione cross-funzionale per migliorare e standardizzare processi e flussi informativi (Acquisti, Produzione/Logistica, Commerciale, Qualità).
  • Supporto nella parametrizzazione MRP e nella definizione della reportistica operativa a supporto della pianificazione e gestione ordini.
  • Approfondimento e applicazione delle procedure Business Central in linea con obiettivi e necessità del reparto.

REQUISITI:

  • Esperienza pregressa di 3/4 anni in contesti aziendali, preferibilmente multinazionali, in posizione analoga;
  • Ottime capacità di pianificazione dell'approvvigionamento, trasformando le previsioni della domanda in piani d'azione concreti, tenendo conto delle scorte, della capacità dei fornitori e dei tempi di consegna;
  • Ottima conoscenza della gestione degli ordini di acquisto, dalla creazione, all'approvazione, arrivando al tracciamento e alla chiusura;
  • Abilità nella gestione delle relazioni con i fornitori, garantendo il massimo valore attraverso la valutazione delle prestazioni, la gestione dei rischi e la collaborazione per assicurare una fornitura costante e in linea con gli standard aziendali;
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, gradita conoscenza di altra lingua;
  • Ottimo dimestichezza sistemi informativi – pacchetto Office e in particolar modo Excel;
  • Gradita esperienza con ERP/MRP (es: Navision, SAP);
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare occasionalmente (30%).
