Il tuo focus sarà supportare le attività di miglioramento continuo nei processi produttivi. Lo stage ti offrirà un'esperienza pratica e preziosa in Continuous Improvement, ottimizzazione dei processi e problem solving basato sui dati, gettando le basi per una esperienza di successo nell'ingegneria industriale, nella produzione o nel management operativo.

Cosa farai

  • Analizzare e monitorare i processi produttivi e aziendali, raccogliendo e valutando dati per misurare performance e risultati.
  • Identificare opportunità di miglioramento e proporre soluzioni innovative, collaborando con i team interni per implementare progetti di miglioramento continuo.
  • Partecipare a workshop e attività formative, contribuendo alla documentazione di procedure e alla creazione di materiali formativi per la nuova macchina della cartiera.
  • Supportare la formazione degli operatori e favorire la standardizzazione dei processi.
  • Implementare e mantenere strumenti digitali per produzione e manutenzione, in ottica di TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) e miglioramento continuo.
  • Contribuire alla digitalizzazione dei flussi tramite l'estensione di Essity Connect e collaborare con il team globale per ottimizzare il sistema Set Point Parameter per i settaggi macchina.

Chi sei

  • Studenti o neolaureati in Ingegneria Gestionale, Automazione, Industriale, Informatica o affini.
  • Conoscenza delle metodologie di miglioramento continuo (TPM o altre) è un plus.
  • Spiccate capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e ottime capacità comunicative.
  • Buona gestione del tempo e capacità di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente.
  • Padronanza di Excel e altri strumenti di analisi dati.
