Named after its founder Ariane Prette, APM MONACO was created in 1982. In 2021, the Prette family decided to focus on silver jewelry with a cutting edge design, while continuing to perpetuate Ariane's legacy.

With over 400 points of sale already , APM MONACO is continuing to expand an d has many plans to open new stores around the world.

Job Description

APM MONACO is looking for its future Store Manager for the opening of its new store in Padova

Commercial & Business Leadership:

  • Achieve and exceed the flagship's sales targets while embodying APM's energy and spirit.
  • Analyze daily performance (KPIs, product sales, conversion rate) to identify immediate business priorities.
  • Set individual objectifs for the team and monitor their development with proximity and support.
  • Implement targeted commercial actions: product focus, internal challenges new collection highlights and storytelling initiatives.

APM Management & Culture:

  • Motivate the team daily, promote the "together" mindset and transmit the APM MONACO ADN : modern, positive, and customer-oriented.
  • Lead morning briefings to share goals VM priorities, and product news.
  • Coach the team and support their skill development, especially in storytelling, attitude, and APM service excellence.

Client Experience:

  • Ensure a unique, warm and premium customer experience aligned with the APM Style.
  • Ensure the team remains proactive in customer, follow-up and communication.
  • Manager sensitive situations with calm and professionalism, supporting the decisions made by sales associates.

Flagship Operations:

  • Ensure a flawless store environment at all times: atmosphere, cleanliness, scenting, music and product presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational processes: cash handling, opening/closing and security.
  • Build staff schedules according to footfall, brand highlights and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee stock management, inventory controls, and maintain a structured and efficient stockroom.
  • Communicate regularly with HQ teams (logistics, HR, retail managers) and share relevant filed insights.

Visual Merchandising

  • Execute VM guidelines with precision and creativity according ti HQ directives.
  • Ensure a dynamic and elegant presentation that reflects APM's codes: colors atmosphere, and lighting.
  • Monitor product condition, report defective pieces, and communicate restock needs.

Human Resources

  • Actively participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Coordinate internal training programs, especially around storytelling and collections.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and provide continuous feedback to support development.
  • Ensure compliance with APM Brand standards: uniform, posture, attitude, and service quality.

Profile required:

  • You Love APM MONACO
  • You have a solid experience as a Store Manager,
  • You have a strong background in luxury/fashion retail and visual merchandising,
  • You are fluent in English,
  • You can analyze sales reports and react quickly to business needs,
  • You have excellent communication and organizational skills,
  • You are flexible with working hours (evenings, weekends and public holidays).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €2,500.00 per month
