Named after its founder Ariane Prette, APM MONACO was created in 1982. In 2012, the Prette family decided to focus on silver jewelry with a cutting-edge design, while continuing to perpetuate Ariane's legacy.

With over 400 points of sale already, APM MONACO is continuing to expand and has many plans to open new stores around the world.

Job Description

APM MONACO is looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate on a permanent contract for its Padova shop - NEW OPENING

Client Relationship

  • Build a relationship of trust with clients and support them over the long term,
  • Provide warm and attentive follow-up to encourage repeat visits.

Client Advising & In-Store Experience

  • Welcome, advise and accompany each client to ensure they enjoy a memorable shopping experience,
  • Understand clients' needs and recommend the most suitable products.

Sales Objectifs

  • Contribute to achieving the store's sales targets,
  • Highlight products and identify sales opportunities.

Stock Management

  • Handle restocking, organize the stockroom and take part in inventory counts,
  • Ensure products are available and well-presented.

Visual Merchandising

  • Participate in visual merchandising setups in accordance with brand guidelines,
  • Maintan a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.

Teamwork

  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations,
  • Contribue to a positive and motivating atmosphere.

Profile required

  • You love APM MONACO
  • You have strong sales and commercial skills,
  • You have a strong customer service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills,
  • You have experience in luxury/fashion retail and visual merchandising,
  • Speaking multiple languages is a real asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €1,900.00 per month
