La figura, inserita all'interno della Divisione Investment Banking della Banca, ricoprirà il ruolo d
i M&A Director
, con responsabilità primarie in ambit
o origination, sviluppo del business e advisory M&A
su un ampio spettro di settori industriali (con focus su Industrial, ICT e Tech). Il ruolo prevede una forte esposizione verso il Top Management di clienti corporate, imprenditori e investitori istituzionali, nonché un contributo attivo alla definizione della strategia commerciale e di posizionamento della Banca nel mercato M&A.

Principali responsabilità:

  • sviluppare e gestire in autonomia attività di origination M&A, individuando nuove opportunità di advisory (sell-side, buy-side, fusioni, joint venture, carve-out);
  • costruire e mantenere relazioni di lungo periodo con imprenditori, Top Management di gruppi industriali, fondi di Private Equity e investitori finanziari;
  • contribuire attivamente alla definizione della strategia commerciale della Divisione, anche in sinergia con altre linee di business della Banca (ECM, DCM, Lending, Structured Finance);
  • presenziare a eventi, conference e meeting di settore come rappresentante della Banca;
  • guidare e supervisionare l'intero processo di esecuzione delle operazioni M&A, garantendo elevati standard qualitativi e rispetto delle tempistiche;
  • coordinare team interni multidisciplinari e consulenti esterni (legali, fiscali, industriali);
  • fornire advisory strategica ai Clienti su valutazioni, strutture di deal, negoziazione e posizionamento competitivo);
  • supervisionare la preparazione di pitch, information memorandum, valuation, fairness opinion e documentazione di transazione.

Requisiti:

  • esperienza professionale di almeno 15 anni in Investment Banking, M&A Advisory o contesti equivalenti;
  • track record comprovato in origination e chiusura di operazioni M&A complesse, prevalentemente mid-large cap;
  • eccellenti capacità di negoziazione, visione strategica e orientamento al risultato;
  • spiccate doti di leadership e capacità di gestione di Team strutturati;
  • inglese fluente (la conoscenza di una seconda lingua è considerata un plus).
