Analisi e ricerca


• Analisi di mercato approfondite (Italia, Europa, USA)


• Raccolta di dati, numeri, trend, studi, benchmark


• Analisi dei competitor diretti, indiretti e correlati


• Valutazione della domanda, dei segmenti e dei comportamenti dei clienti


• Individuazione e validazione di nuove opportunità

Business planning


• Scomporre un'idea in elementi analizzabili


• Creare modelli di business chiari e scalabili


• Calcolare e stimare metriche chiave (TAM, SAM, SOM)


• Analizzare pricing, margini, struttura dei costi e ipotesi economiche


• Supportare la definizione di KPIs e milestone

Strutturazione e chiarezza


• Creare documenti e report chiari, sintetici, ben organizzati


• Trasformare dati complessi in schemi visivi, tabelle e presentazioni


• Prioritizzare idee, rischi e opportunità


• Preparare materiali utilizzabili per pitch deck, roadmap e decisioni strategiche
