As a Customer Support Representative, you will engage with customers via inbound calls, email, and chat, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused experience across all communication channels.


What you will do

  • Identify customer needs and provide smart, effective solutions

  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot or escalate technical issues when needed

  • Turn every customer into a happy and loyal customer

  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange ideas and improve solutions


What we are looking for

  • High fluency in Italian (C1) & good command of English (B2)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Tech-savvy & PC literate

  • Team player with a customer-first mindset

  • Results-driven, adaptable, and able to multitask
