Your Mission
The HR Generalist Intern supports the Senior HR Manager in daily activities for the Milan HQ employee population. The intern will gain experience in recruitment, onboarding, and general HR operations, developing HR management skills within the Milan HQ and contributing to global HR projects.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Talent Acquisition

  • Assist the Senior HR Manager with recruitment for the HQ population.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for interns, from initial meetings with hiring managers to define search criteria, to screening applications, conducting phone screenings, and coordinating interviews with line managers and the Senior HR Manager.
  • Administer the Internship Programs, encompassing the full lifecycle from drafting agreements, collecting necessary documentation, managing university partnerships.
  • Support Employer Branding initiatives.

Onboarding
Manage the onboarding process for new hires.

HR Management

  • Assist the HR Manager with contract administration, ensuring labor law compliance, general HR administration, and providing HR-related services to employees.
  • Manage day-to-day employee relations activities, especially considering that other HR functions and services are not located on-site.

HR Projects
Contribute to various HR projects, such as the Workday transition, organizational charts & analytics, and collaboration with HR Internal Communications.

Degree / Master in HR
