Posizione

La risorsa verrà inserita nel team HR presso la sede milanese dell'azienda, dove si occuperà di:

  • Gestione dei nuovi contratti di lavoro, delle proroghe e delle trasformazioni e dei relativi adempimenti obbligatori
    ;
  • Monitoraggio delle
    scadenze contrattuali
    ;
  • Elaborazione dei
    dati per le paghe
    ;
  • Aggiornamento costante sulle
    novità in materia legislativa
    ;
  • Supporto nelle
    attività di formazione
    ;
  • Rapporti con le agenzie per il lavoro
    per i lavoratori in somministrazione;
  • Attività di
    selezione del personale
    (stesura delle job description, screening dei curricula, colloqui di selezione).

Si richiedono:

  • Laurea in ambito giuridico o umanistico;
  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in mansioni analoghe
    , in contesti aziendali strutturati;
  • Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi informatici e del pacchetto Office,
    in particolar modo di Excel.
  • Proattività, flessibilità e resistenza allo stress completano il profilo.
