YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Founders' Associate, you will act as a force multiplier for the founders, tackling the most critical projects and serving as a key operational and strategic partner. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with a direct pathway to significant growth and a deeper understanding of building a high-growth tech company.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Project Management: Lead high-impact, company-wide strategic projects, ensuring clear outcomes and timely delivery.

• Operational Optimization: Design and implement scalable processes, fix operational gaps, and enforce standards for improved efficiency.

• Data-Driven Insight: Conduct analyses, build dashboards, and manage reporting cadences to inform leadership on resourcing, prioritization, and performance.

• Executive Support: Ensure fast, reliable execution of top-priority initiatives for the CEO and leadership team.
  

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Experience: 3-5 years in strategic consulting (management consulting firm or equivalent in-house strategy role).

• Sector Focus: Ideally, you have worked with tech clients or clients in similar fast-paced, complex environments.

• Project History: Proven experience in following and delivering complex strategic projects from inception to completion.

• Attitude: A strong desire to "get your hands dirty" in a startup environment (i.e., you are willing and eager to be operational and dive into execution).

• Passion: Genuine passion for technology and its potential to disrupt traditional industries.

• Education (Ideal): Ideally holds a degree in Engineering (e.g., Management, Mechanical, Industrial, etc.) or a related quantitative field.
