Total Rewards Intern
in our
Corporate HR Team
.
We offer a unique perspective into the world of Pharma industries with an internship at our
HQ
in Bresso (MI).
The Total Rewards Intern will be exposed to
several core competencies
within the HR function, working closely with other HR teams and various international teams.
Main Responsibilities of the role:
- Operational support in managing key HR processes: performance management, MBO, Salary Review local and global.
- Support in the compilation of compensation surveys at the global level.
- Manage and maintain Job Evaluation process (the database to weigh key roles in the organization through dedicated software and its systematization).
- Support in projects related to the Total Reward: Total Reward Statement and EU Pay Trasparency impact.
What we are looking for:
- Master's degree
in a scientific discipline, HR, or a related field: familiarity with numbers is the key. - Fluency in English.
- Proficient in MS Office
, in particular
advanced Excel skills
and PowerPoint. - Strong organizational and communication skills.
What we offer:
