Siamo alla ricerca di uno/una STAGISTA per entrare a far parte del nostro team HR

JOJOLLY: Per ampliamento del nostro organico, una realtà specializzata nella selezione e gestione del personale nel settore Horeca ricerca con urgenza una figura da inserire in stage all'interno del team dedicato alla delivery.

Attività principali:

La persona selezionata sarà affiancata e formata nelle principali attività operative e gestionali. In particolare, si occuperà di:

  • Screening dei CV e primo contatto con i candidati
  • Colloqui telefonici
  • Gestione delle relazioni con i clienti
  • Preparazione dei contratti
  • Redazione di preventivi
  • Attività di ricerca del personale
  • Supporto alle attività amministrative

Durata e prospettive:

  • Stage iniziale della durata di 3 mesi, con possibilità di proroga per ulteriori 3 mesi
  • L'obiettivo è inserire una nuova risorsa in modo stabile nel team, al termine del percorso formativo

Condizioni economiche:

  • Compenso mensile di 700 euro netti, con possibilità di revisione in base all'esperienza del candidato

Orario di lavoro:

  • Turni di lavoro dal lunedì alla domenica, indicativamente dalle 10:00 alle 19:00
  • 2 giorni di riposo a settimana
  • È prevista disponibilità al lavoro durante weekend e festivi
  • Smart working 2 giorni a settimana possibile dopo il periodo di formazione iniziale

Cerchiamo una persona motivata, precisa, con buone doti comunicative, desiderosa di apprendere e di crescere in un ambiente dinamico e in evoluzione.
