Retail Activation Assistant

Sony Europe, sede secondaria italiana, ricerca per la propria sede di Milano, neolaureati da inserire in stage nella Divisione Sales, come Retail Activation Assistant.

OGGETTO DELLO STAGE

La risorsa avrà modo di svolgere, in coordinamento con il  team, attività legate ai Display e ai Materiali POP, quali:

• Supporto nella traduzione/implementazione linee guida espositive europee (Power Point)
• Supporto nel coordinamento distribuzione/implementazione display nei punti vendita:
• Partecipazione a riunioni di coordinamento;
• Supporto nella gestione guasti e riparazioni display nei punti vendita (software in collaborazione con agenzia)
• Compilazione di file Excel di implementazione display (da informazioni agenzia)
• Raccolta fotografica implementazioni (creazione di Power point)
• Supporto distribuzione materiali  alla rete merchandiser (in collaborazione con agenzia)
• Monitorare implementazione sui punti vendita da parte dei merchandiser

Il Tirocinante verrà seguito ed affiancato regolarmente dal Tutor con l'obiettivo di renderlo autonomo nello svolgimento dei compiti affidati e dei progetti dove è richiesto il suo contributo. Obiettivo è fargli acquisire padronanza delle attività tale da potersi relazionare con i diversi reparti ed interlocutori coinvolti in un processo aziendale, capirne le dinamiche e darne riscontro al Tutor riportando feed back costruttivi.

REQUISITI RICHIESTI

I candidati ideali sono laureandi o laureati con le seguenti caratteristiche:

• Attitudine all'organizzazione e coordinamento
• Curiosità e flessibilità;
• Proattività e Spirito d'iniziativa;
• Propensione al lavoro di squadra;
• Completano il profilo l'ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e Power Point) e l'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

COSA OFFRIAMO

Tipologia: Stage curriculare/Extra; Durata: 6 mesi, con la possibilità di ulteriore proroga di 6; Inizio: entro metà settembre; Compenso mensile: € 700 netti per i primi 6 mesi - € 1000 netti per gli eventuali ulteriori 6 mesi; Modalità di svolgimento: Mista (Presenza e Smart Working) Benefits:

• Pasto: a carico dell'Azienda nelle giornate di ufficio;
• Buono pasto per le giornate in Smart Working.
