Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Desk Manager at Padel Club Venezia in Milan. As the Desk Manager, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage reservations and members, and provide exceptional customer service to club members and guests. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, addressing inquiries, ensuring the smooth operation of the club, and assisting with on-site events and activities as needed. You will act as a key point of contact for both staff and visitors, ensuring an excellent club experience.
Qualifications
- Organizational and management skills, including scheduling and overseeing daily operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with club members and guests
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as managing reservations and maintaining accurate records
- Basic knowledge of sports or recreation industry operations, with a passion for padel being a plus
- Technical proficiency with computer systems and booking software
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages, especially Italian, is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role or in hospitality is preferred
