LA POSIZIONE E IL TEAM
HEINEKEN Italia è alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nell'HQ di Sesto San Giovanni. In qualità di Customer Marketing Trainee ti occuperai di supportare il Customer Marketing Manager all'interno del Team di Trade Marketing all'interno del canale Off Trade e gli stakeholder di riferimento.

FUNZIONE:
Modern Trade

Attivita'

  • Supportare il Customer Marketing Manager nel monitoraggio dei calendari promozionali dei clienti;
  • Supportare il Customer Marketing Manager nel monitoraggio degli obiettivi annuali aziendali tra cui: adesione alle Linee Guida promo da parte dei clienti, inserimenti e distribuzione nuovi lanci, strumenti implementati, budget assegnato alle vendite Sell In;
  • Analizzare i dati di Sell Out e Sell In per monitorare l'andamento dei clienti e identificarne rischi e opportunità;
  • Supportare il Customer Marketing Team nella costruzione di presentazioni interne ed esterne.

Requisiti

  • Hai un'ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office
  • Hai un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Hai ottime capacità di analizzare grandi quantità di dati
  • Sai creare insight da analisi numeriche
  • Sai gestire le relazioni con differenti stakeholders ed interlocutori aziendali
  • Hai una propensione verso un lavoro dinamico
  • Hai ottime capacità di gestione per obiettivi e problem solving
  • Hai ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative
