You will be
part of a dynamic team contributing to the growth of a global leader in the
premium wafer market.
The ideal
candidate is passionate about the sweet snacks sector, skilled in portfolio
analysis, and has a solid operational background.
You will
play a key role in supporting the management, development, and optimization of
our product portfolio, with a particular focus on its effective and efficient
mobilization.

YOUR
TASKS

  • Analyzes
    KPIs on product portfolio performance across categories and markets,
    identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Support
    the development and execution of portfolio strategies for premium wafer
    products across global markets
  • Based
    on defined portfolio performance metrics, provides reports and inputs /
    recommendations to senior management for defining portfolio evolutions,including ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling
  • Facilitate
    alignment across Marketing, Sales, R&D and other functions for all
    matters concerning product improvements and NPD
  • Maintain
    up-to-date product documentation, including specifications, forecasts, and
    performance reports to ensure real-time visibility and informed
    decision-making
  • Maintain
    and updates projects "Product Improvement" and NPD master plan and
    schedule, managing governance meetings, agenda, minutes and follow up
    activities
  • Support
    resource allocation and investment decisions by providing analytical
    evaluation of new product opportunities in collaboration with Controlling

YOUR
PROFILE

  • Proven
    experience as a Portfolio Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in
    FMCG (3-5 years); experience in the confectionery or sweet snacks industry
    is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated
    success in developing and managing global product portfolios
  • Prior
    experience in marketing is highly desirable; ability to integrate
    marketing strategies with portfolio management
  • Excellent
    analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market
    research
  • Strong
    project management skills
  • Outstanding
    communication and presentation abilities in English; additional languages
    are an asset
  • University
    degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field;
    advanced degree is a plus
  • Availability
    to travel internationally as required
