Azienda operante nel settore delle soluzioni per il relax e il benessere domestico è alla ricerca di una figura professionale da inserire nel proprio team per il reparto Customer Service. La risorsa si occuperà di supportare i clienti, rispondendo alle loro richieste e fornendo consulenze personalizzate per ottimizzare l'esperienza d'acquisto.

Mansioni principali:

  • Gestire le chiamate in entrata e fornire assistenza ai clienti, risolvendo eventuali problemi e rispondendo a domande riguardanti i prodotti e i servizi
  • Promuovere nuove offerte e soluzioni personalizzate, in base alle necessità dei clienti, con l'obiettivo di incrementare la soddisfazione e fidelizzazione
  • Fornire informazioni dettagliate riguardo a caratteristiche, vantaggi e modalità d'uso dei prodotti relativi al benessere e relax domestico
  • Supportare il team nelle attività amministrative legate al customer service e mantenere aggiornati i dati clienti.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Nessuna esperienza pregressa specifica richiesta, ma predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
  • Predisposizione all'ascolto attivo e capacità di problem solving
  • Disponibilità a lavorare in un contesto dinamico e a supporto del cliente.

Offerta e benefit:

  • Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi prorogabile
  • Orario full time, 40 ore settimanali flessibili
  • Formazione iniziale retribuita e affiancamento costante.
