The Role:

  • Support customers with empathy and accuracy.
  • Investigate account issues and content reports.

  • Use data insights to improve user experience.

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in Italian / English / German / French / Dutch / Arabic / Danish / Spanish / Polish / Portuguese / Swedish / Norwegian.
  • Strong interpersonal & analytical skills.
  • A solutions-driven mindset and love for helping others.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (training provided).
