SpringWorks Therapeutics, a healthcare company of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the lives of patients with rare tumors.

We developed and are commercializing the first and only FDA and EC approved medicine for adults with desmoid tumors and the first and only FDA and EC approved medicine for both adults and children with neurofibromatosis type 1 associated plexiform neurofibromas (NF1-PN).

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
  • Create localized messaging and campaign content aligned with global brand positioning
  • Support launch readiness through market research and competitive analysis
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine targeting
  • Collaborate with sales and market access teams to develop effective promotional materials and digital tools
  • Manage patient support programs and educational initiatives within allocated budget.
  • Plan and execute presence at key congresses annually, maximizing impact through integrated activities
  • Extensive experience in data-management & business insights to track campaign performance using digital analytics, adjust strategies based on results, monitoring performance & cost expenditure
  • Ensure compliance of all marketing activities while driving brand growth objectives
  • Lead cross-functional brand planning workshops and performance reviews
  • Scientific acumen to cross-collaborate with Medical department in supporting patient activities on a local level

Who You Are

  • +5 years experience in marketing or other relevant role in the rare disease or closely related pharmaceutical industry
  • Launch experience required, previous sales experience beneficial
  • Deep knowledge of the local Healthcare system
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and research findings to inform strategic decisions
  • Sound project management skills, with the ability to manage distinct and complex requirements, prioritize and execute
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong sense of urgency, and proven ability to organize, and prioritize for execution and completion
  • Demonstrable drive for high performance and results
  • Ability to leverage required technical tools efficiently (e.g., MS Office)
  • BSc or higher in marketing/communication/ business related degree or similar
  • Fluency in English
