Econergy is seeking a Solar Project Manager to lead and support on PV projects in Italy. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the assigned PV projects throughout its life cycle and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, while minimizing risks and maximizing margins.

Responsibilities


• Collaborate with the project development team to perform all

activities from project RTB to shovel-ready working proactively to

obtain all the secondary permitting missing;


• Manage the development of the PV plant from site establishment

through to Final Completion;


• Coordinate and manage the project engineering revisions;


• Budget and cash flow management;


• Direct interaction with the DNO/TSO to ensure the network

connection of PV generation facilities;


• Verify the compliance of the Quality implementation of the

construction activities;


• Supervise the compliance of the construction with the approved

design;


• Ensure quality and timing in the construction, development, and

closure of projects during implementation;


• Management of all local stakeholders (landlord, EPC Company, etc)


• Check and manage the project timeline;


• Implement a risk management strategy to all the assigned projects;


• Communicate with the authorities having jurisdictions regarding

interconnection, permitting, and other regulatory compliance issues

during construction;


• Identify the sources of likely problems and proactively take

preventive measures to avoid any potential project risks, and

determine response actions to mitigate any negative impact. 

Possess strong organizational and time management skills.


• Issuing periodically reports to the Company boards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing complex infrastructure or utility-scale renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage, or hybrid).
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders in international or regional contexts.
  • Solid understanding of project financing principles, procurement processes, and energy commercial frameworks (PPAs).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
