Your Challenge
As
Junior Commissioning and Service Engineer
some of your main activities will be:

  • Learn to program fire detection, access control CCTV and intrusion systems.
  • Learn to program supervision systems which control the field equipment.
  • Interact with the Project Manager to collect the information for the development of the software.
  • Deliver support services by using remote connections to customer systems by web tool, phone, other communication media or site visit.
  • Perform assigned service and commissioning activities using innovative digital solutions and tools (developed by HQ).
  • Provide operational assistance and application support.
  • Diagnose, clarify and resolve technical problems.
  • Clarify events, analyze trace and diagnostic information, provides information about its findings to solve the issue and provides guidance for the next steps.

Required entry qualifications:

  • You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
  • You have obtained a technical diploma in Electronic, Computer Science, Mechatronics or Automation or you have a technical academical background (ITS Degree)
  • You have knowledge regarding some IT topics related to networking, VPN, Firewall, Cybersecurity, Virtualization, Remote Connection. These are preferred.
  • Good Italian and English knowledge
  • You have the aspiration to develop a technical path and grow
  • A previous internship experience is welcome
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
  • Eligibility to work in Italy
