Your challenge
As a
Commissioning and service engineer
your mission involves commissioning activities for new installations, and maintenance activities on existing sites, with reference to comfort products and systems.
Some of your main activities will be:
- To perform technical tasks such as programming and commissioning of products and systems, integration of third-party components into the Siemens BMS, and maintenance tasks
- Support and commissioning using innovative digital solutions and tools (developed by headquarters)
- Support customer remotely and onsite and provide support in case of arising issues.
- Coordinate on site operations and delivery activities and control the execution according to the organizational guidelines.
- Ensure that the project follows execution best practices and Siemens policies. Effectively monitor and control project progress.
- To be involved in technical design and developments for commissioning/service offerings.
- Comply with health, safety and environmental rules and policies applicable to each location.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:
- Technical High School Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Information technologies/Electrical/Automation Engineering
- Proven experience as Technical Engineer within comfort products.
- Knowledge of standard communication protocols BACNET, KNX, LON, MODBUS, DALI.
- Knowledge of popular computer technologies: desktop and server Windows operating systems, IP networks
- Knowledge of basic operating principles of air conditioning, electrical and lighting systems
- Knowledge and ability to read electrical panel diagrams
- Knowledge of and ability to programme the PXC product family will be considered a criterion of preference;
- Knowledge of and ability to programme the DesigoCC platform will be considered a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Passionate and prepared to manage issues related to technological innovation and, to prioritize effectively.
- Strong orientation to reach the targets and customer satisfaction, initiative, autonomy, and propensity to work in team.
- Available to frequent business trips on national level, and sometimes international
- Proficiency both in English and Italian
- Willingness to learn about new and innovative technologies.
- Eligibility to work in Italy

enior commissioning and service engineer
prevede attività di commissioning per nuove installazioni e attività di manutenzione su siti esistenti.
Le attività principali verteranno su:
- Eseguire principalmente compiti tecnici quali programmazione e messa in funzione di prodotti e sistemi, integrazione di componenti terze parti nel BMS Siemens, e attività di manutenzione
- Fornire supporto al cliente ed eseguire messa in servizio utilizzando soluzioni e strumenti digitali innovativi (sviluppati dalla sede centrale).
- Assistere il cliente a distanza e in loco e fornire assistenza in caso di problemi.
- Coordinare le operazioni in loco e le attività di consegna e controllare l'esecuzione secondo le linee guida organizzative.
- Garantire che il progetto segua le best practice di esecuzione e le politiche di Siemens. Monitorare e controllare efficacemente l'avanzamento delle attività tecniche del progetto.
- Partecipare alla progettazione tecnica e allo sviluppo di offerte di messa in servizio/assistenza.
- Operare in conformità alle normative e alle politiche in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente applicabili a ciascun sito.
Chi stiamo cercando?
Un candidato con le seguenti caratteristiche:
- Diploma di scuola media superiore o laurea in ingegneria meccanica/informatica/elettrica/automazione.
- Comprovata esperienza come Technical Engineer nell'ambito dei prodotti per il comfort.
- Conoscenza dei protocolli di comunicazione standard BACNET, KNX, LON, MODBUS, DALI.
- Conoscenza delle tecnologie informatiche più diffuse: sistemi operativi Windows desktop e server, reti IP.
- Conoscenza dei principi operativi di base degli impianti di climatizzazione, elettrici e di illuminazione.
- Conoscenza e capacità di lettura degli schemi dei quadri elettrici.
- Conoscenza e capacità di programmare i prodotti della famiglia PXC sarà considerato criterio di preferenza
- Conoscenza e capacità di programmare sulla piattaforma Desigo CC sarà considerato un plus
- Buone capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
- Appassionato e preparato a gestire le problematiche legate all'innovazione tecnologica e a stabilire efficacemente le priorità.
- Forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e alla soddisfazione del cliente, iniziativa, autonomia e propensione al lavoro in team.
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte di lavoro a livello nazionale, e talvolta anche internazionale
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese e dell'italiano, sia scritto che parlato
- Idoneità al lavoro in Italia.
